Job Summary:
Support end-user devices (PCs, Scanners, Printers, Mobile devices, Carts & Etc) in a clinical environment. Perform break/fix and maintenance activity either remotely or at the end-user's location. Configure and deploy new end-user equipment. Participate in and support projects that impact end-user equipment. Recognize the impact of the job functions of the business, the affect to patient care and adjust focus accordingly.

 

Education/Licenses and Certifications:

Desired –A+, Network+, MCDST or comparable MCP certification.

Desired-Associates' degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or equivalent technical traning

 

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Hardware knowledge and experience in installing and replacing computer peripherals

Working knowledge of, and PC hardware, network printers, Microsoft XP / Windows 7, Microsoft Office, Servers, Exchange, Active Directory, Ethernert TCP/IP networks, WINS, DNS, and DHCP

Ability to manage multiple tasks with multiple deadlines

Ability to exceed in a dynamic work environment

Ability to travel to customer locations as needed

Status: Full Time

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Days: Monday – Friday

Work Schedule: 8.00

Shift: 1st - Day
