- Primary Purpose: To execute duties for the Administrative Directors of both Practice Management and Business Development in the areas of secretarial and administrative support. Acts as receptionist and scheduling coordinator for both Adm. Directors.
Formal Policy-Setting Responsibilities: No formal responsibility. The policies associated with the job’s purpose and essential responsibilities are set by others.
Routine Decision Making: Determines course of action for scheduling meetings and appointments; decides priority and handling of incoming phone calls.
Required Knowledge: Knowledge of computer systems. Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects while meeting set deadlines.
Required Skills and Ability: Proficient in spreadsheets, word processing, internet use, and desktop publishing; ability to manage multiple projects; ability to use general office equipment; good communication skills.
Education and Certification/ Registration Required for the Position: High school education.
