This key leadership position is accountable for planning, organizing, and directing the CentraCare Health (CCH) Employee and Labor Relations functions including employee and labor relations and overall related policy. Assists the legal department with research and in the provision of legal advice and support to management and Human Resources. Primary legal area of responsibility is, but is not limited to, Human Resources.

Graduation from law school required.
5 to 10 years of experience in employment law required. Labor relations and healthcare law experience a plus. Human Resources experience, to include management experience, preferred. Experience in an integrated health system strongly preferred.
Admission to the practice of law and in good standing in the State of Minnesota.
