  •  RN Supervisor-Summit (3p-11p)

    Must hold a valid and current license as a Registered Nurse in Virginia or multistate licensure.  LTC experience strongly recommended. Must be a strong leader and motivate a team. Leadership of resident neighborhoods focused on quality improvement and team building. Strong communication skills is a must. Responsible for quality improvement for the residents, strong advocate for resident centered care, able to work effectively with IDT, maintaining survey preparedness at all times.

    The NH RN Supervisor supervises, supports and is clinical backup for the Nursing Department during assigned shift. Guides the nursing process with special attention to ongoing resident assessment, problem identification and solution, accuracy in documentation and positive resident outcomes.



    Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing


    Bachelor's degree in Nursing



    One to five years of demonstrated successful nursing experience in a long-term care setting as Supervisor.


    Hold a current, active license as a registered nurse in Virginia or hold a current multistate licensure privilege as a registered nurse.
