  Job Summary:

  The NH LPN performs nursing care by planning, coordinating, providing and evaluating care for a group of assigned residents to include medication administration, treatments, assessments and communication with physicians, residents, families and staff.

  EDUCATION

  	Required:	Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

  LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
  Hold a current, active license as a practical nurse in Virginia or hold a current multistate licensure privilege as a practical nurse.
