    The Cook II prepares food for retail, room service, and catering. This position is Centra's front line culinary production staff. This position follows outlined procedures in producing hot and/or cold food items in large quantities. The Cook II serves room service customers, prepares food in the café's, catering, and completes all cold prep tasks

    Educational Requirements

    High School Diploma/GED, Certificate or Degree in Culinary Arts is preferred
     
    Experience Requirements
     
    1+ year experience in restaurant/hospitality environment
     
    Certification/Licensure Requirements
     
    ServSafe Certification
