LPN ACUTE CARE- WEO A
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) practices under the direction or supervision of a licensed medical practitioner, a professional registered nurse, or other licensed health professional authorized by regulations of the Department of Health Regulatory Boards.
The LPN coordinates and manages the care provided to assigned patients. Under the supervision of the professional registered nurse (RN), LPNs perform care appropriate to the patient population served and meet daily routine patient care needs. The LPN performs their duties based on the unit care delivery model. This role collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to deliver care as outlined by the RN.

Educational Requirements:Graduate of a school of nursing
