Summit - Medication Aide

 

The Medication Aide performs personal care needs and health-related care for participants and/or residents of the facility.
Educational Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent.
 
Certification/Licensure Requirements
 
Certification as Medication Aide from an accredited program and state license upon hire. Certification as Nursing Assistant from accredited program and State Licensure required within 90-days of hire date.
