In-Home Behavior Counselor
Under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)/Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA), the In-home Behavior Counselor provides strategies, techniques and procedures from Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)/Verbal Behavior (VB) to individuals with autism or developmental, and/or intellectual disabilities in their home and community settings.
Preferred: Experience working with individuals with disabilities. Experience providing in-home services. Experience implementing behavioral goals with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) or other developmental and intellectual disabilities. Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis/Verbal Behavior.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field is preferred.
Valid Driver's License is required.
MANDT Certification, first aid, and CPR (Must obtain within first 30 days of employment). Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification within 30 days of hire
