The Surgical Services Operations Manager for Surgical Services will be responsible for facilitating, identifying, and implementing operational and strategic initiatives for Surgical Services. This includes tracking and documenting the elements of project implementation, accountability, risks, milestones, and financials. As a member of the Surgical Services Leadership team, the Operations Manager will facilitate mission critical deliverables through project execution, including but not limited to customer experience, finance, efficiency, patient safety, and quality. This individual will work collaboratively with multiple cross functional teams throughout Surgical Services and the health system.
Bachelor's Degree in health-related field or business
Master's Degree in health-related field or business
2 or more years experience in Operating Room.
Project management experience.
Previous leadership and/or management experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Effective in implementation, execution and evaluation of highly complex processes.
Operational and contingency planning.
Proficient with all Microsoft applications.
Skilled in analyzing and interpreting data.
Lean or Six Sigma Certification.
