LPN HEALTHWORKS

 HW Programming

  Full-Time (36+ hours) · Days 8a -5p

 

The Healthworks LPN collaborates with providers and members of the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care in the areas of wellness program and worksite events, employee care, and occupational medicine. The Nurse works to promote and sustain a culture reflective of Healthworks' and Centra's mission, vision, and values. The Nurse can expect to work at Healthworks clinics, Employee Care offices, as well as various employer locations to provide efficient and customer focused service delivery. This position will require travel (primarily local) between employer sites and working flexible shifts (including occasional weekends, particularly during the months of September, October and November).

 

Required Education

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

 

Required Experience

At least three years in nursing. Experience working with all levels of administration and staff.
Have excellent communication skills both written and oral, as well as via virtual and electronic platforms.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize
Punctual and professional at all times
Ability to develop relationships easily while providing direction and support for clients/employees
Work well in a team setting and independently

 

Preferred Experience

Proficient in and knowledgeable of software programs such as word, excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook and comfortable learning online programs
Experience and comfortable creating and delivering presentations to small and large groups

 

Required Certification/Licensure

Current, active license as an LPN in Virginia or hold a current multistate licensure privilege as a License Practical Nurse.
CPR certification for Health Care Providers.
