Responsible for the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of educational opportunities for CHC staff, specializing in staff development for all staff in assigned departments. Collaborates with staff and administrative personnel such as managers, directors, Vice-Presidents to facilitate educational opportunities. Provides assistance with return on investments analysis of educational programming and performance outcomes. Responsibilities include involvement with all CHC entities.
Three years critical care nursing unit experience as a staff nurse required. Two years of design, implementation and management of adult learner educational opportunities experience in a medical-surgical setting preferred. Experienced in working in a variety of patient care hospital settings preferred.
Education & Training:
Graduate of a school of nursing, with a Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field required. MSN or Masters degree in Nursing or a related field preferred.
Kentucky RN license (OR) RN license in a State recognized by the Kentucky Nurse Licensure Compact Act required effective June 1, 2007.
