(8.0/40.0) 7:00am to 3:30pm Occ. Weekends and Call

Responsible for the initiation, development, and implementation of collaborative care processes relevant to the cardiovascular patient population across the continuum of care and for the overall coordination of the Structural Heart program.  Ensures processes and protocols are in place to assure smooth operations and patient flow. Works in collaboration with the Structural Heart team to ensure appropriate compliance with program registries.  Maximizes clinical performance using evidenced based practice to achieve benchmarks.

Minimum Qualifications:           
Work Experience:
Four (4) years registered nurse experience in a professional cardiovascular or critical care role required. Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) experience in cardiology or critical care preferred. 

Education & Training:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.  Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field required, Master's degree in Nursing preferred. 

Kentucky RN license (OR) RN license in a State recognized by the Kentucky Nurse Licensure Compact Act required effective June 1, 2007.  Licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse preferred.
