Leads the daily administration and communication of multiple compensation and benefits programs with a focus on customer service, legal compliance and accuracy. Benefits duties include: proactively identifying and resolving benefits issues with employees and physician groups; maintaining benefit plan data on hospital and HR systems; ensuring all enrollment data is accurately transferred electronically to the carriers; and processing carrier invoices. Compensation duties include: responding to and collecting data from published surveys; data analysis; and assisting the C&B manager in job evaluations. Responsible for all compensation & benefits communications, including presenting at new employee orientation and other employee group meetings. This position interacts with staff level employees as well as management and physician groups. A Bachelor’s degree in human resources or other related field, 3-4 years experience in Compensation & Benefits/HR, advanced skills in Microsoft Work, Excel and Powerpoint, excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent customer service skills required; CEBS and/or CCP and Access knowledge preferred.
