Job Details:
  • Job Responsibilities:

    • Compiles, evaluates and analyzes salary data
    • Consults w/recruiting staff and managers when making recommendation for starting pay rates or changes to existing employees’ pay rates
    • Reviews promotion and demotion requests to ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
    • Using Market Pay completes salary surveys and analyzes data to make recommendations for pay ranges for new jobs and changes to pay ranges for existing jobs to ensure market competitiveness
    • Advises employees, managers, supervisors and outside customers on salary-related concerns
    • Assists other compensation, benefits and HRIS staff with special projects as requested


    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree
    • CCP preferred
    • 3 years experience
      • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources would qualify as related work experience
    • Above average PC skills
    • Familiarity with Microsoft word, Excel and Access is required
