JOB SUMMARY
The Mail Clerk is responsible for the processing of incoming and outgoing mail.

 QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to operate mail processing equipment required to fulfill position responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Separate claims from regular mail, sort, count, date stamp and distribute to claims analysts.
• Identify claims for cancelled groups and forward to appropriate address.
• Distribute regular mail to appropriate staff members.
• Collect outgoing mail from various departments and prepare for mailing using Pitney-Bowes postage meter machine.
• Perform other duties and functions as assigned.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Able to conduct oneself in a professional manner.
