Job Summary: Provides direct assessment and counseling services to an adolescent, adult and geriatric patient population. Used evidenced based care to provide the ideal patient experience. This ensures meeting the needs of patients and achieving optimal patient outcomes. Practices to the fullest extent of license in accordance with organizational policies and procedure.
Required:Master's Degree in Social Work. Minimum of one year post-graduate experience.
Pennsylvania Licensure as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Credentials must be eligible or approved for billing of Medicare and other insurance carriers (LCSW).
