Required: Graduate of a School of Nursing, College or University.  Current PA RN license. Current CPR.

GN Only: Graduate Nurse Summary completed by School of Nursing or College Nursing Department. 

Job Summary:   Provides direct day-to-day care of patients and families.  Practices to the fullest extent of his/her license in accordance with organizational policies.  Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, functions as a member of the Patient Care Team to implement the patient's plan of care.  Provides population specific care and meets the developmental needs of child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. The nurse, in conjunction with the Nurse Manager, participates in performance excellence initiatives that are focused on improving patient care and outcomes.
