Required: Must be high school graduate or equivalent. Graduate from an approved Post Secondary Vocational Program or three (3) years recent related experience. Dependent upon operational requirements the following certifications will be required: EPA approved certification 40 CFR subpart "f" refrigerant handling practices, Class I, II and II and Plumbing License certifiable or acquired within three (3) years.
Job Summary: Preventive maintenance, installation, service, repairs and improvements of a wide variety of hospital and facility infrastructure equipment and systems including but not limited to Mechanical, Structural Systems, and Equipment. Testing, troubleshooting and routine safety inspection of systems, components, circuits, parts and related entities using standard test equipment and methods to assure the proper calibration and efficacious operation. Provide emergency maintenance services and procedures upon utility and system failures.
