REQUIRED: High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant Program. Registered in PA as a nursing assistant. SUMMARY: Primary purpose is to assist in the recording or charting of patient/administrative information and provide routine nursing care  in accordance without established policies and procedures and as may be directed by the department supervisor, charge nurse, or administrator.
