REQUIRED: High School Diploma or equivalent. Graduate of a Physical Therapy School. Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy License or current PA Temporary Physical Therapist license.  Current CPR-renewal every two years.

SUMMARY: Provides a medically prescribed physical therapy program through evaluation of a patients level of pain, joint motion, muscle strength and endurance, functional mobility, muscle tone and reflexes, appearance and stability of walking, need and use of braces and artificial limbs, integrity of sensation and perception, performance of activities required in daily living and development activity. Ability to assess and provide age-/development-specific patient care; i.e., adolescent, pediatric, adult and geriatric.
