REQUIRED: HS Diploma, Graduate of State approved Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Program.  State or National Boards, NCC Certification, Neonatal Resuscitation, NP License, PALS Certification, BLS, Allied Health Division Credentials Committee Approval

Summary: Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates activities necessary to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Assumes responsibility, authority, and accountability for coordinating and directing individualized care of the neonate within specific guidelines. REQUIRED: Graduate of state approved registered nurse program. Graduate of a formal neonatal nurse practitioner program. Current PA RN licensure, current PA nurse practitioner license, CPR,NAACOG certification, Neonatal Resuscitation Certification. One-year hospital experience.
