Required:  High School Diploma or equivalent.  Graduate of a Nursing assistant Program or equivalent experience.

Summary: Under the direction of the Nurse Manager/RN and in collaboration with other members of the Patient Care Team, assists with the direct day-to-day care of medical surgical and palliative care patients and families.  Performs a variety of non-patient care duties.  Responsible for providing and maintaining positive interactions with every patient/family/visitor they encounter.  Provides care based upon the age and developmental needs of adult and geriatric patients.
