Functions as a member of an interdisciplinary team who provides assistance to credentialed counselors and intervention to clients who present with chemical dependency problem (with or without mental health problems. Works in a collaborative effort with interdisciplinary staff in the coordination of care and discharge planning. High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelors degree preferred. Required to have 350 hours of Alcohol and Substance Abuse education and a minimum of 85 hours of Alcohol and Substance Abuse education with at least 2 years full time experience in an Alcohol and Substance Abuse program.
