- DUTIES: It is the responsibility of the Office Supervisor to schedule secretarial pool, evaluate and delegate job responsibilities, and to perform a variety of clerical/secretarial duties for all the Departments. Duties will include, but not limited to, answering calls, sorting mail, typing, transcribing notes, and filing. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED equivalency with concentration of courses in secretarial science. Associates Degree Program or Secretarial School graduate preferred. Minimum 5 years previous secretarial experience. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Formal training in computer applications required. Knowledge of WordPerfect, spreadsheet, Excel, database and Power Point required. Must be able to deal effectively and amicably with many diverse personalities. Must be flexible and able to work in stressful environment.
