  • Job Summary
    • The Customer Service Representative I is the link between the customer and the Customer Service Center in the delivery of prompt, efficient customer focused service. Demonstrates active, personal, daily involvement, visibility, open-mindedness and professionalism to Service Center and facility staff, internal and external customers, and suppliers. Reports to the Director of Customer Service Center and is responsible for providing clerical services to the Leaders and Managers of Service Center areas. Performs and coordinates a variety of duties related to scheduling, dispatch, and performance of the Customer Service Center divisions. As a team member of the Customer Service Center, in addition to the specific responsibilities outlined below, you are expected to demonstrate the vision of the Hospital. To accomplish the overall Hospital mission, you must exhibit integrity, innovation and a commitment to personal development.
  • Education
    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Associates degree preferred
  • Experience
    • One year working with computers and data entry is required as well as ability to type 40 wpm.
    • Six months to one year of previous related healthcare experience and delegation skills is desired.
