Job Summary: The Patient Service Representative, provides reception and direction to all patients in a professional, courteous and efficient manner. Utilizes computer functions for patient registration and charge posting. Assists patients with basic billing questions. Meets the communication needs of the patient/family, departmental staff and medical staff. Implements directions from the physicians and the therapy staff.
