The Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for developing a qualified candidate pool for positions throughout the Central Maine Health Care organization. S/he will work with the Talent Acquisition Coordinators to design and execute sourcing campaigns for job families, and will be responsible for creative sourcing for job families, specific Talent Acquisition Coordinator support for hard-to-fill positions and urgent assignments. This position will bring innovative thinking to broadening the qualified applicant pool for current and future positions, using the best of innovative current social media, technology as well as existing approaches of job fairs, college and community outreach. This position is a hands-on role, using existing applicant tracking software together with emerging external candidate engagement techniques to screen, qualify, and build relationships with passive and active applicants for any of our job families and sites.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or relevant field preferred.
Experience Required: Prior sourcing experience mining job boards, using applicant tracking software to post, screen, qualify candidates is highly preferred. Experience creating outreach/campaigns for passive and active candidates is preferred. Prior experience with college or technical education/training placement programs is helpful. Health care experience is preferred but not required.
