Job Summary: Provides secretarial services to the Administrator and other Department Heads. Greets visitors, answers phone, and does some record keeping. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for keeping policy manuals, and assists with employee documentation.
Requirements: High School Diploma is required with some business college courses preferred. Minimum of 1 year bookkeeping experience. Must have well developed organizational skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be able to maintain a calm demeanor when dealing with employees, residents, and visitors. Experience in related fields of A/P and Payroll preferred. Ability to work independently on a variety of tasks.
Skills: Ability to use computer is required (i.e. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook.) Must be able to operate a 10-key calculator.
