Job Summary: The Housekeeper cleans all areas of the facility to ensure a clean, attractive and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff. Executes other duties under the direction of the Director of Personal Care Services.
Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required. Housekeeping Experience in a Healthcare Setting Preferred. Must have a genuine interest in working with geriatrics. Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks on a continuous basis, and perform tasks despite frequent interruptions. Must have ability to perform task with due consideration for resident in the area. Must have initiative and judgment involved in maintaining assigned area in clean and orderly condition. Works under close supervision, performing routine, standardized tasks.
Skills: Basic computer knowledge.
