Job Summary: Responsible for the assistance in all aspects of meal preparation as directed by the Charge Cook.  Provides prompt and accurate assistance to the department to maintain a high quality of meals and service to all residents.  Follows established policies, procedures of the facility.  Follows established safe food handling practices

Requirements:  Must be able to read, write and follow directions.  High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Skills:  Basic computer knowledge.
