Job Summary: The role of the Field Engineer is to evaluate, install, configure, test, and repair complex problems of user PC and peripherals.
The Field Engineer serves as the face of IT and is repsonsible for providing excellent customer service with a friendly perspective.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3 to 5 years of technical support experience in a Windows environment required. A+ Certification preferred, but not required. Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician Certification is also a plus.
