Job Summary: The Results Management Office (RMO) serves as the organizational function that coordinates, organizes, monitors and supports all strategic initiatives across the Health System. The RMO manager applies project management, process improvement engineering, change management and economic principles to optimize operational practices to improve organizational performance. Mentors entity advisors, providing support and experience for project management and process improvement efforts. Deeply involved in improving the consistency, predictability and efficiency of the organization's project delivery capability. Manages RMO staff to ensure achievement of department and organizational goals.



Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Management, or related fields. M.B.A preferred.


Additional Requirements: This is a highly strategic and facilitative role that requires a highly resourceful individual with strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, excellent oral and written communication skills and strong project management and analytical skills. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.


Experience and Education:

·         At least (five (5) to seven (7) years) of project management experience; or experience in an operational and/or financial functional area; or any equivalent.

·         Project management certification preferred.
