The web associate assists with the coordination of daily website administration, campaign coordination, CRM, email outreach, online transactions and reporting, database administration, community management, design and content development for the website, the intranet, and SEO/SEM tracking and Google Analytics reporting.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Major in communications, marketing, journalism or similar subjects preferred.
2-4 year’s website coordination experience required. Strong HTML editing skills, knowledge of Drupal or other similar CMS and blogging platforms such as Word Press, email and fund-raising software such as Convio Luminate, Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web or similar creative suite, and basic photo editing skills using Adobe Photoshop or other photo editor is necessary. Knowledge of social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, etc.), Google Analytics, Google Ad Words, other paid advertising such as Facebook advertising, and working knowledge of search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO).
