Team Leader, Practice Operation

Provides patient services and administrative support in clinic operations throughout the institution, working independently and coordinating the workflow of others. Interacts in a courteous manner with parents, patients, physicians and other staff. Responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of patient information obtained from various sources. Ensures integrity of information entered into the appropriate computer systems to include demographics, insurance requirements, and charge entries.
Ideal candidate will have experience in problem solving, training, critical thinking and able to cover in the manager's absence. An understanding of revenue cycle is a plus.
HS Diploma, GED or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
5 years of related experience. Expert at performing patient registration and scheduling, medical insurance screening and verification. Billing experience required.
