Job Title: eLearning Systems Coordinator



  • Support the design/implementation/evaluation of EEOD courses and curriculum in Learning Institute and Breeze.
  • Communicate effectively and work closely with CSM Learning Analysts, EEOD employees, and other CSM project members to develop and implement a training logistics plan to meet timeline delivery dates for CSM training.
  • Assists with the identification, recruitment, training and support of trainers and department-based super-users, pre/post implementation.
  • Analyzes small to moderate-size e-learning projects; analyzes process and data flows, overlaps in accountability, key decision points, etc.
  • Promotes mutual support among colleagues and emphasizes knowledge sharing and success of the team.
  • Maintain up-to-date reports and metrics for training implementation planning and post-training evaluation data using Learning Institute and Breeze as necessary to create complete and accurate reports.
  • Maintains Learning Institute and Breeze as needed, including  security roles, course catalogs, curriculum clean up, and HR Integrator.
  • Maintains portions of the EEOD website, and provides technical assistance to others.
  • Participates in AHU conference calls and communicates issues, resolutions, and changes to AHU and CSM. 
  • Conducts periodic training needs analysis to ensure alignment between program content and organizational needs. Continually reviews curriculum and course development to ensure orientation programs are in alignment with business objectives.
  • Creates content for websites utilizing graphic and content publishing standards within assigned areas. Monitors site on a regular schedule for broken links and/or outdated or inaccurate information. Identifies issues and follows-up with appropriate staff to find resolutions. 
  • Selects and configures information technology applications to support talent management and learning development.


  • Bachelors degree required.
  • 3-5 years recent experience in health care.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Electronic Health Records (Cerner preferred).
  • Project and time management skills: managing multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal guidance and direction.
  • Proficient/skilled with MS Word, PowerPoint and advanced skills in Excel.
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology and common acute and ambulatory workflows.
  • Experience in problem analysis and resolution.
  • Experience with LMS and Adobe Breeze.
  • Familiarity with design and support of e-learning required.
