Provides services to agency patients/callers and staff. Responsible for answering the telephone, greeting guests, visitors and maintaining the supply closets. Also provides assistance with office clerical duties.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
· Good telephone skills
· Demonstrated knowledge of appropriate skills for communicating, especially by phone, with individuals of all ages, especially the geriatric population
· Organizational skills required to manage the supply room
· Basic computer skills required
Other education and experience may be substituted (if applicable) for the required minimum job qualifications with the approval of the Corporate Director of Human Resources.
