Job Details:
  • Prepares, seasons, and cooks food for hospital patients, contracted meals, employees and visitors.

    Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

    *Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

    *Must have a minimum of two years' experience in quantity food preparation.

    *Knowledge of culinary techniques.

    *Heavy physical exertion, including frequent walking, standing, bending and reaching and frequent lifting of average loads (up to 40 pounds, average 20 pounds, repetitively).

    *Must be able to work under stress and to adapt to changing conditions.

    *High exposure to uncomfortable temperature levels, above-average noise levels, and/or potentially injurious elements or conditions.
