Greets visitors and applicants to General Services Building; answers and refers telephone calls.
*High school graduate or equivalent.
*One year of office experience preferred, alternatively, one year of business courses accepted. Prefer experience with Microsoft Office.
*Ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute; ability to maintain courteous disposition under pressure.
*Little or no physical effort or strenuous activity other than incidental walking, standing, bending and reaching, and carrying of light loads (one to five pounds).
*Must be able to maintain courteous disposition under pressure. Will mostly follow routines; may make simple decisions.
*Minimal exposure to irritating, unpleasant, or hazardous elements or conditions.
