Assists in planning, organizing, and coordinating the activities of the department; acts as the liaison between the Food Production and Nutrition Services. Plans and supervises nutritional care. Leads in the development of Nutrition Programming for the Hospital and community partnerships.
College course of student consistent with eligibility to take registration exam for Dietitians as administered by the American Dietetic Assocation. Master's degree in Food and Nutrition, Business Administration, or equivalent. Five years as Registered Dietitian in a clinical setting.
