- High School Diploma/GED
Performs a variety of functions within the Health Information Management Department relating to Release of Information (routine mail, telephone or walk-in requests), medical records maintenance, scanning records into electronic format, uploading documents to electronic record, census review daily, deposit processing, maintaining fax logs, and accurate and timely filing of patient records.
HS diploma or equivalent.
Medical Record experience, preferably minimum of two years.
Computer experience is a must.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Must be multitask oriented and flexible in schedule.
Pleasant clear speaking voice.
Must be self-motivated and able to complete tasks without direct guidance.
