Provides clerical support to facilitate smooth operation of the assigned department. Performs clerical duties as needed by the department. Scans and indexes documents into RDMS. Duties may include but are not limited to:
· Data Entry
· Organizing files
· Answering phones
· Serving as first point of contact for visitors/callers
· Preparing materials for large projects.
· Typing documents.
· Scans medical records
· Scans and indexes documents into RDMS
· Scheduling appointments Must be proficient with Microsoft office programs. High School Diploma and good work history is required. 3 years of clerical experience in an office environment is preferred.
