Provides each client with excellent, evidence-based therapy with appropriate evaluation, development of treatment plan, intervention, documentation and necessary communication. Provides each customer (client, caregivers, physicians, case managers, insurance companies, vendors, students) with excellent service. Participates in Professional and Leadership Development Activities to support growth of all clinicians in the clinic. Performs all activities necessary to support and encourage business growth of the department through program development, marketing, managing productivity, managing caseload and managing the percent of patients seen. This will be evidenced by meeting or exceeding departmental budgeted financial goals for the fiscal year.
