EAMC is currently seeking a Claims Analyst to join the team
Must have patient account skills in one or more of the following areas: billing, follow-up, administrative support, customer service and cash posting.
Must be functional in computer based applications.
Works within the policies and procedures to meet the regulatory compliance requirements when filing medical claims.
Works diligently to meets internal and external customer's expectations.
Reports accurate records and documents.
Two years billing, collection, customer service, cash posting, aging patient and insurance accounts required, 4 years preferred.
High School Diploma or GED.
Microsoft Office and typing skills required.
Exercises appropriate judgmental and communicative ability to effectively interact with healthcare personnel and patients as required
Must complete WorkKeys at a Silver level to be considered. (This assessment will be scheduled and paid for by EAMC if you are a top candidate)
