Cardiovascular Technologist needed at EAMC to assist cardiologists with various Invasive Cardiology procedures to diagnose and treat coronary and peripheral disease and various types of pacemaker implants. 


Provides high quality imaging using various modalities for cardiovascular and endovascular angiography examination. Collaborates with team to collect data pre-and post-procedure, and prepares patients for procedures. Safely and competently operates all cath lab equipment, processing, and Pyxis equipment. Acts as a liaison between physician, family, and other interdepartmental units. As part of the CCL team, utilizes the laboratories efficiently and safely. Participates with team in unit assignment quality assurance projects. Must be proficient in English and have effective verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills and knowledge of sterile technique required. Must be licensed or license-eligible as Radiologic Technologist with AART (or registry-eligible) and BLS certifications within 90 days of DOH/Transfer.  Prefer at least one year of previous experience in an interventional Cardiac Cath Lab or Electrophysiology Lab.
