According to detailed policies and procedures, greets and receives visitors, patients and employees, and refers same to appropriate staff members or departments. Answers telephone calls and takes and relays messages. Typically performs related clerical duties including light typing, filing, sorting mail and photocopying.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
1. Required Education and/or Experience:
Ø Excellent telephone etiquette
2. Preferred Education and/or Experience:
Ø A High School Diploma or GED
Ø Ability to operate an AT&T System 25 or 75
Minimum one year of customer service experience
