Job Objective: This position is responsible for coordination of tumor boards, maintaining current case findings, and suspension of reportable cancer cases in multiple hospital systems according to American College of Surgeons (ACOS) and California Cancer Registry reporting standards.
Education: College level Anatomy, Physiology, Medical Terminology courses. Associate or Bachelor's Degree or Allied Health Field (preferred).
Licensure/Certification: NCRA Tumor Registrar certification required within 3 years of hire. Certified Tumor Registrar or Licensure/Certification in Allied Health Field (preferred).
Experience: Hospital, Physician Office or cancer related experience. Cancer Registry experience (preferred).
