Job Details:
  • Job Objective: Works under the supervision of the Production Chef. Is responsible for hot and cold food preparation, department cleanliness, customer service and maintaining stock in assigned areas. Performs other duties as assigned.

    Required Licensure/Certification: Current Food Handler's Card

    Required Experience: One to two years cooking experience in a hospitality setting.

    Preferred Education: High School Diploma or GED Some cooking courses.

    Preferred Licensure/Certification: Current Serve Safe certificate

    Preferred Experience: Four years cooking experience in a hospitality setting.
