  • Job Objective

     Works under the direct supervision of the Director of Human Resources. Oversees and coordinates key programs related to compensation and benefit surveys, job analysis, administration of benefits programs, and HRIS.

      • Required: Bachelor’s degree
    • Licensure/Certification
      • None
    • Experience
      • Preferred: Healthcare background
      • Required: 2-4 years HR experience. Experience required in report querying, data analysis, and computer system operations. Experience in HR classification, compensation functions and benefits administration.
    Specific Skills, Knowledge, Abilities Required
    • Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Benefit and Compensation legal knowledge in employment laws and reporting requirements such as: EEO, FMLA, ERISA, Fair Labor Standards Act, etc.
    • Strong interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills
    • Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of an HR database system
    • Ability to establish/maintain positive interpersonal relationships with all levels of the organization
    • Requires strong customer service, problem solving, project management and teamwork skills
    • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple tasks/projects; ability to influence and negotiate
    • Ability to take initiative, be innovative and work effectively in a variety of settings
    • Ability to operate basic office equipment
