Job Objective: Oversees and manages Letters of Agreement from grant initiation through to grant reconciliation and project termination. Shares managerial responsibility with Director over the Registration Database Administrator and Accreditation Specialist. Supports collaborative research activities at EMC. Works cohesively with the rest of the ACHS team, to identify and help implement pathways for improvement in the ACHS portfolio of professional activities. Fills in when the Department Director is away from the office, specifically assisting with grant reviews and covering other professional responsibilities as assigned. Oversees the development and submission of reaccreditation applications. Reports to Director, Continuing Education
Education Required: College Degree
Education Preferred: Master's Degree; clinical background (e.g., RN, LVN)
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of relevant CE/CME experience; including 2 years in a data intensive, high volume environment.
Experience Preferred: Two years working with either the continuing education (CE) or continuing medical education (CME) accreditation systems. Two years' experience managing small teams. Clinical experience a plus.
